Terms of use

• Use the portal only to register and manage RSTF NCR 2026 entries for projects you advise.
• Give accurate information. Spell student names as they should appear on certificates.
• Get the consent of each student's parent or guardian before adding their data and photo.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• The RTWG may correct or withdraw entries, and deactivate accounts, that break the fair's rules.

Privacy notice

The portal collects the information you and your student researchers provide (names, school, Schools Division Office, grade levels, years as research adviser and 1×1 photos) only to register, screen and judge entries to the RSTF NCR 2026. If you sign in with Google, the portal keeps only your name and email address from Google.

Your division's Science/Math EPS can see names and grades but not photos. Judges see only project codes, titles and documents. Data is handled under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and DepEd policy.
